Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website. The Terms and Conditions contained on this page is subject to change at any time.
COMMUNICATION
Any communications made through our ‘contact,’ blog, blog comments, newsletter sign up or other related pages, or directly to our phones or mailing or email addresses is not held privileged or confidential and is subject to viewing and distribution by third parties. We own any and all communications displayed on our website, servers, comments, emails or other media as allowed by Australian law, and will not give credit or pay royalties for unsolicited user-generated content such as blog comments or emails. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.
As such, any such content and/or products are being provided to you for your individual use and as a single-use license. No license to sell or otherwise distribute Pedro Palma Photography, LCC’s intellectual property is express or implied. You are not authorised nor permitted to utilise any such content and/or products on your sites without express written permission from Pedro Palma Photography, LCC. By utilising the content and/or purchasing the products contained on the Site, you expressly agree (1) not infringe on or otherwise violate Pedro Palma Photography, LCC’s intellectual property, (2) to ensure that any confidential informations disclosed to you by Pedro Palma Photography, LCC remains confidential, and (3) not to disclose any information provided to you by Pedro Palma Photography, LCC to any third party. In the event that you violate any provisions of this section of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that Pedro Palma Photography, LCC will be entitled to injunctive relief against you in relation to such violations.
You may not publish, reproduce, duplicate, derivate, copy, sell, display, distribute, to an employee or contractor, coworker, friends or family, or otherwise use any material from our sites or programs for commercial purposes or in any way that earns you money (other than by applying them generally in your own business). By downloading, printing, or otherwise using our products or content for personal use you in no way assume any ownership rights of the Content - it is still Company property. Any reproduction or unauthorised use of any materials found in the Program or Content shall constitute infringement.
You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site, as well as links back to the page were the material, designs, images, text, quote or post is located when it is appropriate to do so. However, you may never claim any of our intellectual property as your own or your unique creation, even with attribution.
SPECIFIC PRODUCT AND TEMPLATE GUARANTEES, LICENSE, AND REFUND INFO
We take your investment seriously, and we would appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too. By purchasing any product from Pedro Palma Photography, LCC, photographs, templates, presets, or any other products, you are granted one revocable, worldwide non-exclusive license to the product(s) you have purchased. If you violate this license by giving or selling a copy of our product(s) to anyone other, or if you imply that anyone who gets access to our products has the right to use it for his/her/its commercial purposes, we reserve the right to invoice you for the licenses you have gifted to others and revoke your access to our products permanently.
Basically, if you purchase a product, you are not allowed to share it with anyone. If anyone other than yourself need one of our products, we recommend you to get an affiliate link by emailing hello@pedropalmaphotography.com and give them the opportunity to purchase the product through your link.

Our goal at Pedro Palma Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all photographs maybe viewed by the client on our website prior to purchase, once orders have been sent, Pedro Palma Photography has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.
Albums ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds/returns or exchanges unless:
A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received
Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received)
In the event the order was erroneously processed such as an error made on the size of the book or colour/style etc., compared to the original recorded order.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Pedro Palma Photography has a strict refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Pedro Palma Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Pedro Palma Photography, before receiving the incorrect photograph. Refunds will not be given due to not liking a photo or selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Pedro Palma Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
Pedro Palma Photography guarantees the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied return your product within seven days for a full refund. Digital products excluded.
Policy: Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Pedro Palma Photography does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect.
