Policies (Please READ IN FULL) *

Thank you for choosing me to capture your family! These policies are in place so that there are no surprises. I want your experience to be the best possible. Session deposit: 25% non refundable deposit is due within 5 days of receiving electronic welcome package. Remainder of session fee is due on the day before of the shoot. Travel Fee: If the location of the shoot is further than 50km of the zip code 9104, please add an additional $25 to your session fee, and $50 if more than 100km. Please add $20 more for every other 50km. Cancellations or need to reschedule: Life happens. I know that illness and unexpected events come up. Please give me as much notice as possible if a need to reschedule comes up. I, Pedro will exchange the same courtesy should a life event comes up. We will work together to find a time to reschedule. Online Gallery: Within 2 weeks from your session , a private password protected gallery will be available for 30 days so you can view, and download your images. Also you will be able to purchase any of the products made available. Your session fee includes a gallery with a minimum of 60 to a maximum of 800 professionally edited images, depending on the package that was purchased. Pedro will choose the best images for your gallery. Your gallery will be available for viewing and ordering for 30 days. You may share your gallery link with family and friends. Your high resolution digital files will be delivered via direct download directly from your gallery, as soon as your online gallery is made available. Please back up your files. All Prints and Photo-book will be available 4 weeks after home consultation. Final Sales: Do to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. Payment options: You may pay via cash, check or paypal.
